78 Year Old Man Charged For Indecency of A Youth

The world we live in always brings pretty eye opening things to light. According a report from KWTX's Chelsea Edwards, another one of those events occurred earlier this week.

78-year-old Juan Deleon has been accused of touching a girl under 12 years old in a sexual manner, and also was attempting to get the little girl to touch him. The incident reportedly occurred in 2014, and Deleon also believed to have exposed himself to the young girl.

Relatives of the child didn't report the incident to authorities until last year. Investigators recently issued two warrants for Deleon, and he was brought into custody on Wednesday.
