College Station police are asking the public for help locating a missing convenience store clerk and the man suspected of kidnapping him early Tuesday morning.

Kevin Garcia was located Tuesday afternoon in the 14200 block of Tijuana Trail in Haslet, a town near Fort Worth. He was treated by medical personnel and his condition has not yet been released.

The suspect, Nathaniel Tillery, was arrested nearby and charged with robbery, kidnapping and assault. He is currently in the Tarrant County Jail on $520,000 bond.

Police say 55-year-old Kevin Garcia was assaulted and thrown into the bed of his pickup truck some time in the 3 a.m. hour at Drew's Exxon. Garcia drives a dark gray 1999 Ford Ranger with an extended cab. His license plate reads CWC-0189. He's described as a white male with white hair and a white beard. He was last seen wearing blue jeans and a blue t-shirt with the words "Kevin" and "Drew's Exxon".

36-year-old Nathaniel Tillery is a person of interest. He's described as a white male, 5'9", 175 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
