Travis Braun, of Ovalo (just outside of Abilene), is a finalist in the Doritos 'Crash the Super Bowl' commercial contest. His Doritos commercial was picked as 1 of 10 that's vying to appear during the Super Bowl broadcast.

Voting is currently underway and you can vote once per day, per device, until January 28th. That means you can vote 3 times a day...once on your phone, tablet and desktop.

For many, the commercials are the best part of the entire Super Bowl broadcast, so to say this is a big deal is an understatement.

Travis says this video was inspired by his mom, who could never quite remember his first word. So, he created this ad to play off what he refers to as 'first-word fails'.

What's even more impressive about this is that Travis used a mere $350 budget to create this film, as compared to huge budgets used by other teams.

If Travis wins, he'll score a dream job at Universal Pictures and a guaranteed 1 million dollars. That, and the bragging rights of having his ad appear during the Super Bowl.

Good Luck, Travis!
