August Rain Making An Impact On Drivers

This rainstorm that we were hit with is definitely making its impact on the roads.

According to Randy Davis and our news partner, KWTX, showers led to multiple accidents across Central Texas.

Wednesday morning along State Highway 6, just a little past the Speegleville exit north of Waco, an SUV was spotted turned over. The SUV slid due to the rain, and overturned on the frontage road.

The driver of the SUV was the only person involved in the crash, and escaped without being harmed. Traffic on Highway 6 wasn't really affected much, but more showers and thunderstorms are in the forecast for today. Drivers be careful out here in these wet conditions and drive with caution.
