Belton police have released a surveillance still of a Ford Explorer believed to have been driven by two  men who murdered a man on Carla Kay Drive last month.

Investigators say the vehicle is light-colored and a 2011 or later model. It was captured on a security camera in the 800 block of Carla Kay Drive on Saturday, October 30.

BPD spokesman Paul Romer said police know the image is small and grainy, but he hopes someone may recognize it or a sketch of one of the suspects. (The sketch is embedded below.)

A witness called police to report the murder at 4:54 AM on Saturday, October 30. Police found evidence of forced entry into a home in the 800 block of Carla Kay Drive, then found 30-year-old Redrick Robinson lying dead in a bedroom from multiple gunshot wounds.

The suspect in the sketch below is described as being of medium build and standing between 5'5" and 5'7".

A second suspect is described as having a medium build and standing between 5'10" and 6'1".

Anyone who may have information about the crime, the suspects, or the vehicle is asked to call Belton Police at (254) 933-5840 or send a text message to (254) 217-6764. Information may also be submitted to Crime Stoppers at (254) 526-8477 or bellcountycrimestoppers.com.
