Money can be very distracting, and no proof is clearer then when a driver was leaving from a bank drive thru in Killeen early Monday morning.

KWTX's Rhyan Henson reported that a driver was leaving a bank drive thru, and mistakenly pressed the gas instead of the brake and drove thru a building. The accident was reported to the authorities around 3:35 a.m. on Monday, and it took place at the 4300 block of Stan Schlueter Loop.

The Killeen Police Department spokewoman, Ofelia Miramontez, said in a press release that “when he pressed the gas pedal, it caused the Dodge Challenger to drive into the building." No one was in the building at the present time, and the driver was treated for minor injuries at the scene of the accident.
