Centex Authorities Investigating After Bullet Strikes Home

KWTX's Justin Earley reported that Central Texas authorities are investigating after a bullet went thru a home in a Central Texas town.

Hewitt authorities are hard at work searching for answers for the bullet that went through the Hewitt residence.

Hewitt police chief Jim Devlin confirmed the bullet coming into the home on Saturday morning in Hewitt. The address of the home which the bullet entered, is in the 700 block of Stoneridge Drive.

Investigators strongly believe someone may have been just firing the .22 caliber pistol in the air somewhere around the Interstate 35 area. No one was injured in the incident.
