Central Texas Campus “Lockdowns” Campus After Gunfire in Area

KWTX reported that gunfire near a Central Texas school campus led to a lockdown in the area.

Gunfire happened near the school campus on Wednesday morning in Bulkholts. Milam County Deputies and Department of Public Safety troopers responded to the shooting in the area on Wednesday morning.

The gunsots were heard in the area of the Buckholts School. The Buckholts School was located at 203 South 10th Street when the gunshots were heard very close to campus.

Milam County Sheriff Chris White said, "“No issues or problem found inside or outside.”
