Copperas Cove Police Searching for Suspected Car Thief

Detectives have released surveillance stills of a man suspected of stealing a car from a convenience store parking lot in Copperas Cove Monday.

Polices say the suspect stole a blue 2005 Ford Focus bearing Texas license plate JXZ1651 from the parking lot of the 7-Eleven at 2124 East Business Highway 190.

Crime Stoppers will not ask your name, and information leading to an arrest and conviction could net a cash reward of up to $1,000.
