McKINNEY, Texas (AP) — A North Texas man who used Craigslist to advertise an apartment has been convicted of sexually assaulting a woman wanting to sublease the unit.

Collin County prosecutors say 41-year-old Roger Allen Stulce Jr. of McKinney faces up to 20 years in prison when he's sentenced later this month by a judge. A jury in McKinney on Monday convicted Stulce in the June 2012 attack.

The Dallas Morning News (http://dallasne.ws/18Om1nF) reports the victim testified she had agreed to sublease Stulce's apartment when he attacked her.

An attorney for Stulce says the couple had consensual sex.

Stulce faces charges that he sexually assaulted three other women since 2008 in what led to an undercover McKinney police investigation.
