Harris County Officer Accused of Performing Sexual Act with Small Dog

Be leary of people who take words and phrases too literally.

ABC13 Eyewitness News is reporting that investigators in Harris County, Texas were alerted about obscene material coming from an account near them. Turns out it was the account of a sheriff's deputy.

Andrew C. Sustaita Jr. has been with the Harris County Sheriff's Office for six years. Right now he's out on bond after being charged for performing a sex act with an animal. He was immediately relieved of duty upon his arrest.

Mr. Sustaita Jr. allegedly posted a video of himself performing a sex act, reportedly, with a small dog.

The Harris County's investigators would not comment about the nature of material but Sustaita is charged with obscenity which is a state jail felony.
