WASHINGTON (AP) — Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump is rolling out a tax plan he says will reduce rates for lower and middle-income families as well as corporations.

The billionaire businessman is set to outline his much-hyped plan at a news conference Monday in New York.

He's said the plan will call for a zero percent rate for some low-income earners and hikes on groups like hedge fund managers, who he says don't pay enough.

Trump has been criticized for failing to outline specific policy platforms as he's risen to the top of GOP polls.

The real estate mogul has endorsed several tax overhauls over the years. They have included higher taxes on the highest earners and new taxes on companies that ship jobs overseas.
