Police in Killeen are investigating an armed robbery that took place at a Wendy's drive thru window early Thursday morning.

KWTX reports that Killeen authorities were dispatched around 12:30 AM to the Wendy's in the 1200 block of South Fort Hood Street.

A witness said two men walked up to the drive thru window and showed a pistol to an employee. When the employee saw the gun, they quickly moved away from the window, and the suspects fled the scene heading north on Fort Hood Street.

The suspects didn't ge taway with any money, and no one was injured at the scene.
