Fiery Rollover in Moody

A driver of a dump truck, definitely didn't have the most routine drive on Thursday afternoon. KWTX's Greg Crosby reported that the driver of a dump truck was trapped in his truck. The truck rolled over, and caught on fire leaving the man trapped inside.

Many emergency departments arrived at Box Ranch Road in Moody to investigate the accident, and also to manage the traffic flow. When all of the emergency crews arrived, they found the truck on its side, and in flames.

A helicopter was put on stand by for the driver, but was shortly called off after the driver was found to be non-responsive. The crews on the scene closed off a portion of the road off while the wreck was being cleaned up. The Department of Public Safety will release more information to the public once the investigation is concluded.
