KWTX reported that firefighters saved a driver whose vehicle veered off Highway 6 late Wednesday night.

The vehicle would end up in a creek under an overpass. The firefighters of South Brazos County responded to the scene of the vehicle around 10:00 p.m.on Wednesday.

A state trooper in Bryan where the accident occurred, told reporters of KBTX that the vehicle left the highway and came to a halt in Jones Creek under the Highway 6 overpass bridge. Firefighters were luckily able to save the man, and rushed him to a College Station hospital for injuries he sustained.

There were no further details in the investigation of this accident on Thursday.
