Five in Custody After Attempted Home Invasion Caught on Video in Killeen

Four adults and one juvenile were in police custody on charges of aggravated robbery Wednesday, and the alleged crime was caught on camera.

Our news partner, KWTX, shared the video Wednesday. It shows two people having a conversation outside a home in the 2200 block of Fieldstone Drive in Killeen shortly before 1 AM on Saturday, November 18 when they’re approached by two masked men wielding guns. At one point, another person is seen stepping into frame from behind a corner further away from the house, then quickly ducking out of sight. The two armed men are then seen fleeing after trying to enter the home and being confronted by barking dogs.

Police later spotted two suspicious vehicles in the area and interviewed the occupants, who they say were in possession of clothing and weapons matching those seen in the security footage.

One juvenile suspect was taken into custody, along with four adults. Police typically do not released details about underage suspects, but we do know the names of the four adult suspects.
