The Morgan's Point Police Department has released details about visitation and funeral services for volunteer diver Lori Pohanka-Kalama, who passed away Sunday as a result of injuries suffered while aiding in the search for a missing driver.

In a media release, Chief Fred Churchill said the public was invited to attend visitations Friday and Saturday, as well as a public memorial service scheduled for Saturday evening.

The schedule is as follows:

Pohanka-Kalama was injured Saturday, April 15 while aiding in the search for a driver whose vehicle was swept off the road by flood waters in the pre-dawn hours of Tuesday, April 11. She passed away Sunday, April 16. The search for that driver was still in progress at the time of this article's publication.
