Gas Line Break in Central Texas

KWTX reported that a construction crew was hard at work, and may have been working a little to hard when they had a bit of a scare Wednesday morning.

The Waco construction crew was hard at work Wednesday morning in the 3200 block of Sanger Avenue. While working, the construction crew struck a 6-inch natural gas line that halted them from working.

Atmos energy crews arrived on the scene quickly, and made the proper repairs necessary in order to ensure safety for the workers as well as the community.
