Right after I graduated from Basic I went to the PX and bought myself a new watch. It was a Casio. It gave me the times of cities around the world. I thought it was appropriate since I was hoping to be sent to Germany.

I loved that watch. It went with me all over Europe. And when I got back home, it went with me all over America. When it broke I was devastated. Haven't owned a watch since.
