The Friend of the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery are asking for volunteers to help them retrieve wreaths laid down in honor of our best and bravest.

Allison Walker with the City of Killeen said the Friends and volunteers laid nearly 6,000 wreaths on November 26, and it's time to gather the wreaths to store for next year.

There's no need to register. Just arrive at the cemetery, 11463 TX-195, Killeen, at 10 AM if you want to help out.
