Hikers on a frozen lake were able to capture amazing footage of what appears to be them floating above the ground but is in fact frozen solid ice in crystal clear water.

While living in Alaska, I was always amazed by the color of the water.  Because of glacial runoff at all times, glacial silt gave the water a turquoise color.  It looked like the waters of the Caribbean, but was in fact freezing cold water directly from a glacier.

These hikers, in Slovakia rather than Alaska, have found quite a different look to the frozen water while hiking.  Check out the video below for something straight out of a special effects studio.  They appear to be hiking, but are just walking on ice that's invisible because of the clear water.
