Killeen Drive-By Sends One to Hospital

One man was sent to the hospital after shots were fired from a passing vehicle on Thursday.

The victim was riding in a car with others around 1:30 a.m. when another vehicle approached and someone opened fire.

Seven bullet holes were counted in the vehicle, and one window had been shot out.

The man was taken to Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center and was in stable condition. No further details were available.
