Killeen Man Accused of Sexually Assaulting Two Children

A registered sex offender from Killeen is in jail after police say he had sexual contact with two preadolescence boys.

33-year-old Marcel Normal Arthur Ferguson has been arraigned on two charges of sexual assault of a minor. The charges came after the mother of an 8-year-old victim found text messages on her son’s phone indicating that he and Ferguson engaged in sexual activity. The boy reportedly told police that he performed a sex act on Ferguson at least five times, and as recently as May of this year.

Another victim, an 11-year-old boy, has also come forward. He was reportedly assaulted by Ferguson in November of 2012.

Ferguson is a registered sex offender on probation for solicitation of a minor. He is currently being held in the Bell County Jail on $500,000 bail.
