Killeen Residents Will Need to Call New Number to Pay Bills

If you live in Killeen and pay your utility bills over the phone, you'll need to know a new phone number. The City just transitioned to a new phone system.

The good news is, this new system should lessen wait times and avoid busy signals. If you pay your utility bills by phone, you'll now need to dial 1-855-966-9473, and as always, you'll need the utility account number located on your bill and your credit card information.

Utility payments can also be made online at killeentexas.gov/utilitycollections or in person at the Utility Collections Building, 210 W. Avenue C.
