Killeen Shooting Victim Hospitalized in Serious Condition

Police are investigating a Monday evening shooting in the 2200 block of Andover Drive that resulted in a man being air lifted to a local hospital.

Brandon Hamilton with our news partner, KWTX, reports that police were called to an apartment complex around 6:30 PM, where they discovered a man with a gunshot wound. The victim was at first moved to nearby Nolan Middle School before being airlifted to Baylor Scott & White in Temple. He was reportedly in serious condition.

Police have not released the shooting victim's identity, nor have they named any suspects or made any arrests. We are awaiting further details.
