The City of Killeen wants to help low to moderate income homeowners fix up their houses.

Get your application in now for federal money that is used to make homes safe and sanitary.  The money pays for plumbing, flooring, roofing, electrical, and heating and air repairs.  It can also add on accommodations for the elderly and the handicapped.

 

The only requirements:

Low to Moderate income

Killeen Homeowner

Lived in the home a minimum of five years.

 

The assistance can be a grant, deferred loan or repayable loan.

Applications are being accepted now on a first come basis. Hurry and pick up an application at the Killeen Community Development offices, 802 2nd Street, Building E or call (254) 501-7844.
