Lawsuit Filed After a Texas Toddler is Taped to His Mat

How many times do we have to hear about duct tape and little kids before somebody puts a warning label on the roll?   A Fort Worth couple wants $1 million damages from their son's daycare after seeing pictures of the toddler duct taped to his mat at nap time.

Kristi and Brad Galbraith are suing the Heart2Heart Montessori Academy in Willow Park for fraud and negligence.  The incident happened back in June.

The couple claims it is their son in a photo that gained national media attention.  The lawsuit claims the photo was taken by a former employee, who sent it to the Galbraiths and told them that their son was one of two children duct-taped to mats that day.  The employee says the day care owner is the one who taped the child down.

Texas authorities are investigating.
