Missing Elderly Centex Woman Found Safe

KWTX's Dacota Taylor reported that Waco authorities found an elderly woman who had been missing in the Central Texas area.

The Waco authorities said that the woman they were searching for had disappeared Wednesday evening. The woman the Waco Police Department was looking for was 84-year-old Domingo Sardaneta.

She wandered away from her home located in the 2000 block of Morrow Drive in north Waco. She wandered away Wednesday night around 10:00 p.m..

She was found safe on Thursday morning by Waco authorities. Her family was in such shock she disappeared, because she has Alzeimer's and didn't believe that she could travel such a far distance away.
