The Sad List of Movies With a Perfect 0% Rating on Rotten Tomatoes

Rotten Tomatoes doesn't always provide a perfect look at the world of film criticism, but it does paint a pretty consistent picture of what films are widely loved or widely hated. Any film that reaches 60% positive reviews or higher once they've all been tallied is considered "fresh" and anything under that is "rotten." It's very rare for a movie to reach 100% positive reviews (there's always going to be one hater), but it's just as uncommon for a movie to reach 0% (there's always going to be one stubborn defender).

Luckily, we live in a world were someone goes out of their way to track down and put each of these all-time stinkers on a list for easy referencing.

With Temple Mayor Pro Tem’s Resignation, Special Election Ahead

Temple Mayor Pro Tem Judy Morales resigned her city council position this morning just hours ahead of a hearing scheduled to consider her removal from office. In a formal resignation notice Morales additionally noted her intention to submit a letter of declination as the District 2 officer-elect after the May 10 election.

Westboro Church Founder Fred Phelps Sr. Dies at 84

JOHN HANNA, Associated Press

TOPEKA, Kan. (AP) — The Rev. Fred Phelps Sr., the founder of a Kansas church known for anti-gay protests and pickets at military funerals, has died. He was 84.

Daughter Margie Phelps says Fred Phelps died shortly after midnight Thursday. She didn't give the cause of death or the condition that recently put him in hospice care.

Temple Mayor pro tem Faces Removal from Office Hearing

Despite facing a criminal misdemeanor charge, Temple Mayor Pro Tem Judy Morales earlier this week refused to resign her council position. With that, Temple Mayor Danny Dunn and council members Tim Davis, Perry Cloud and Russell Schneider have scheduled a 5 p.m. public hearing Thursday to consider adoption of a resolution authorizing Morales’ removal from office.
