Reward for Texas Most Wanted Fugitive Increased to $10,000
The reward for one of Texas’ 10 most wanted criminals is being increased during the month of March.
The Texas Department of Public Safety features one offender each month in hopes that a higher reward will result in more tips. This month, 42-year-old Eusebio DeLeon is the featured criminal, and any tip submitted during the month of March that leads to his arrest could be eligible for a $10,00 reward.
DeLeon is wanted for murder and the unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He is described as 5’10”, 280 pounds, with brown eyes and dark hair. Police say he has ties to Falfurrias and Laredo, as well as Nuevo Laredo, Mexico. He may be working as a truck driver and is known to ride motorcycles.
Anonymous tips can be phoned in to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-252-TIPS (8477) or texted along with the letters DPS to 274637 (CRIMES). Tips are also welcome on the Top 10 Most Wanted Facebook page. Information can be submitted to the DPS website as well, or via the DPS mobile app available on iTunes and Google Play.
Authorities say DeLeon should be considered dangerous, and citizens should not attempt to apprehend him themselves.
