Sure the Bloomin' Temple Festival is fun for all, but it can be a pain for some. The City of Temple Parks & Recreation released a statement earlier today to announce the first wave of street closings.

The "fun" begins Monday at 6 a.m. as the carnival arrives in town and begins its setup. At that time, East Central Ave and South 4th Street will be blocked. The intersection will still be open to north and southbound traffic.

If you have business with the Bell County Annex, you will need to enter and exit via 4th Street.

More street closures will be announced later due the Bloomin' Temple Festival. All roads will be back to normal by 8 a.m. Wednesday, May 3rd.
