Suspects On The Loose After Harker Heights Shooting

One man is in the hospital and several suspects are on the loose following a shooting incident in Harker Heights.

Police responded to call of shots-fired at 9:19 a.m. Thursday in the 400 block of South Juanita Drive. There, they found a man shot once in the upper chest. The victim was transported to Scott & White Hospital in Temple.

Police say multiple suspects are believed to have been involved, all fleeing the scene in a blue SUV. Anyone with information is asked to call the Harker Heights Police Department Criminal Investigation Division at (254) 501-7567.
