Killeen police are on the hunt for suspects after two separate robbery victims were held at gunpoint late Tuesday night.

Kathleen Serie with our news partner, KWTX, reported that the holdups took place at a USAA ATM at 900 W. Central Texas Expressway.

Police say a man was making a withdrawal from the ATM around 10:35 PM when another man in a mask and hoodie approached with a gun in hand and demanded money.

The suspect reportedly shot into the air, then told the victim to get down on the ground. Witnesses reported seeing a light-colored vehicle in the area at the time of the alleged robbery. No injuries were reported.

Around 11:50 p.m., another man was attempting to use the same ATM and was also held up at gunpoint. Two suspects walked up on the man and demanded that he give up his ATM card. The victim hesitated to give up the card and was pistol whipped by one of the suspects. The victim was knocked out, and when he woke up the suspects were gone.

Police hope surveillance footage can help them bring in the suspects. If you have any information on these suspects or the robberies, don't hesitate to contact Crime Stoppers at (254) 526-TIPS or bellcountycrimestoppers.com.
