Are You Aware of the New Laws in Texas, Effective September 1st?

On September 1st, 2014, several new Texas laws went into effect, most of which were passed by the legislature last year. The biggest of these, called HB 2, was set to close almost all abortion clinics in the state of Texas, but was recently overturned by a District Judge who ruled on Friday that the law was unconstitutional.
