Two Killed in Temple Crash

UPDATE 11:00 AM: Police have released the identities of the two men who died at the scene of the crash. The driver, 40-year-old Travis Phillips, and the passenger, 37-year-old Robert Edwards, were both Temple residents. The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
