Temple Teen Wanted in Connection to Shooting at Waymon Manor Apartments

Temple police are searching for a teenager they say was involved in a shooting at an apartment complex earlier this month.

Demonta Trequin Daniels, 17, has an outstanding warrant for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon in connection to a shooting incident at Temple's Waymon Manor Apartments, 1811 West Ave. K, on Tuesday, August 2.

Police say Daniels is armed and dangerous, and citizens should not approach or try to apprehend him.

Anyone with information about Daniels or knows where he may be is urged to contact the Temple Police Department at (254) 298-5500 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-729-TIPS. Information submitted to Crime Stoppers is anonymous and confidential, and a tip leading to an arrest and conviction could net a cash reward of up to $1,000.
