Humor from the 70's has a different name in the new century... Terror Threat.

It seems that the threat of shooting walkers with paintball guns is what's considered humor in Palmview, Texas. That is... it's funny to those with paintball guns. To the police it's not so funny" as it is a Terroristic Threat. At least that's what Nathan Cerda has found out. He took to Facebook to call out all the Pokemon Go players.

Everyone becareful out there if you see this guy he's a registered sex offender and he's out to "purge" pokemon players...

He's since been arrested. This came from the Harlingen Police Department.

Man arrested after making threats to the public on social media.

You may think it seems extreme to arrest someone for a Facebook post, and yes, it would be, if it were the 70's. But the world has changed since then. If you don't believe me, put down the Pokemon machine and turn on your TV. This is also why they should teach basic law in schools. The charge of Terroristic Threat reads as follows...

...a crime generally involving a threat to commit violence communicated with the intent to terrorize another, to cause evacuation of a building, or to cause serious public inconvenience, in reckless disregard of the risk of causing such terror or inconvenience.

It seems to fit.
