The Rematch Is Here: Temple vs. College Station

Last year when Temple and College Station met it was a very similar situation like we have this year. A winner take all affair for the #1 spot in a very competitive 18-5A district.

The teams just like last year, are both undefeated in district play with Temple at 4-0, and College Station at 5-0. Both teams have looked very dominant in district play, and have dominated the other schools pretty handily. Temple has outscored district opponents by a mark of 167-61 to this point of the season. College Station has dominated as well, outscoring district foes 229-103.

If anyone was at the game last year between the Wildcats and Cougars at Wildcat Stadium, you will remember how much of a highly contested game it was. The Wildcats came up short, losing to the Cougars in a valiant effort 17-16.

This year, we are hoping for us to come out on the winning side this time, and also clinch the #1 spot in district 18-5A. The game will take place on Friday November 3rd at Cougar Stadium in College Station, Texas. The Wildcats need a strong road presence from everybody to help get this win in a hostile environment that will be rocking for this highly anticipated matchup.
