I used to make fun of the "More you Know" campaign, but as I get older, it make sense. Knowledge truly is power. If you're trying to avoid something, get to know what to do to avoid it.

When it comes to Breast Cancer, if there are things you can do to avoid it, then please, try do those things.

    For All Women

    Live a healthy lifestyle. Keep you're weight in a healthy area. Exercise at least 30 min a day. Keep the drinking of booze to one glass a day. And of course, don't smoke. Here's a video to help with the workout.

    For Younger Women

    Breast Feed. Turns out breast feeding your baby for at least year reduces your risk of breast cancer. Here's some Breast Feeding tips.

  • Tip 3

    For Postmenopausal Women

    Menopausal Hormone Therapy increases your risk for breast cancer. So if you must take hormones to manage your systems try to avoid those that contain progesterone. And try to limit their use to less than 3 years.

    Don't Fear the Results

    Early detection is key to defeating Breast Cancer. So Don’t put off screening because of discomfort or fear of the results. The earlier you detect it, the better the odds of curing it.
