Two Injured in Harker Heights

A gathering at a home in Harker Heights resulted in two injuries.

Police responded to a call on Stillhouse Lake Road around 6:20 Sunday evening. A gathering had escalated into a fight. One man was run over by a car and a woman was shot in the leg.

The driver and gunman are still at large.

Both victims were taken to Scott & White in Temple with non-life-threatening injuries.

The incident is being investigated.
