Victoria’s Secret Shoplifter Pepper Sprays Security Guard

Temple police are looking for three women suspected of stealing from a Victoria's Secret store, then using pepper spray on a security guard who tried to stop them.

According to our news partner, KWTX, it happened on Wednesday, October 18 shortly before the Temple Mall's closing time of 9PM.

Temple PD's Shawana Neely told KWTX the manager of Victoria Secret noticed three women stealing items from the store and alerted a security guard. When the guard confronted the women, one of them pepper sprayed him. The women then fled the scene.

KWTX reports that it isn't clear what was stolen. Seems odd, considering it happened a week ago. It'd be ironic if they stole some of those pants that say "LOVE".
