Video Shows SMU Police Officer Being Swept Away by Flash Flood

It's been over two weeks since an SMU Police Officer was swept away by flood waters.According to CBS DFW, crews will continue to look for the body of Mark McCullers. July 5th was the day that flood water captured his car and sent it down into a drainage tunnel.

Crews found the car, but not Officer McCullers. He was able to make a call to 911.

Officer McCullers was working a private security job at a construction site in the area when strong storms moved through. Flash flooding brought the creek's water level above bridges. This video shows what happened, and how quickly water can take you car away. The video also has his 911 call.
