Woman’s Body Found in Field

Hunters found the badly decomposed body of a woman in a field south of Killeen Sunday morning.

Deputies responded to a call around 8:44 in the morning at a field south of the intersection of Chaparral Road and East Trimmier Road.

An autopsy has been ordered on the body and investigators are attempting to identify the body.
