Belton Man Accused of Child Sex Assault Worked for Daycare Facility
A Belton man accused of sexually assaulting a 14-month-old child was a janitor at a local daycare facility, Texas Department of Family & Protective Services officials say.
We spoke to Julie Moody with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services Friday afternoon. She confirmed that Frank Calvin Neil was employed as a custodian at a daycare center, but could not release the center's name.
Moody said the Child Care Licensing division of the Texas Department of Family & Protective Services is currently investigating the daycare facility.
The daycare's attorney told the Temple Daily Telegram that Neil was never left alone with children at the facility.
