Kristen Lindsey, the veterinarian who killed a cat with a bow and arrow in 2015, is facing a DWI charge.

According to the San Antonio Express News, Kristen was charged with DWI in Harris County in March. She allegedly blew 0.15 which is nearly twice the legal limit.

The Central Texas veterinarian who gained notoriety after she killed a cat with an arrow now may face fallout from a DWI charge.

Lindsey was fired from the Washington Animal Clinic in Brenham, and then put under investigation by the Austin County Sheriff's Office last April after posting the Facebook photo of the dead tabby cat.

Then on June 24th of 2015, an Austin County grand jury decided not to charge her. The Texas Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners are still trying to get her license to practice stripped. But, the board does not expect her case to be heard until Jan. 24, 2017.
