Killeen police are investigating after trucks, trailers, and equipment were stolen from a Killeen Parks and Recreation building.

Officers responded to a report of the burglary at 810 Conder Street at 6:21 AM Friday. When they arrived, they learned that the entrance to the building had been forced open and padlocks on gates were cut some time between 4 PM Thursday and 6 AM Friday.

The thieves made off with keys from a key box, two city trucks, two trailers, and two riding mowers.

Detectives are asking anyone who may have information about the burglary or the stolen items to contact Bell County Crime Stoppers at (254) 526-8477, online at bellcountycrimestoppers.com, or via the P3 Tips app.

Crime Stoppers will not ask for your name, and information leading to an arrest could net a cash reward of up to $1,000.
