City of Temple to Host Secure Shred Event for America Recycles Day

Business owners and citizens with sensitive documents that need shredding are invited to a safe, secure bulk shredding event in Temple this Saturday.

The City of Temple and RW Lone Star Security will be at Kwik Copy, 4311 South 31st Street, from 9 AM to Noon on November 12.

Each person may bring up to five bankers boxes of documents to be destroyed responsibly and securely as part of America Recycles Day.

In a media release, Shannon Gowan with the City of Temple said RW Lone Star Security is a certified member of the National Association of Information Destruction, and that they are compliant with environmental regulations. Citizens will be able to view the destruction of their documents in one of the company's mobile shredding trucks.
