Three Temple men were arrested earlier this month in a Hamilton County online child solicitation sting that also led to the arrest of two men from Harker Heights and Killeen.

James David Butler (34), Ty Termaine Rice (31), and Paolo Tescari (39) were arrested and booked into the Bell County Jail on felony charges of online solicitation of a minor on Tuesday, January 17.

Jail records indicate bond was set at $50,000, and all three men had bonded out of jail by the time of this article's publication.

34-year-old Shane Edward Pagel was arrested in Hamilton shortly after 12 AM Wednesday as part of the same operation. Later that day, 43-year-old Fernando Souchet was arrested in Killeen and booked into the Bell County Jail. Both men face felony charges of online solicitation of a minor. Records indicated Souchet was still in custody as of 9 PM Wednesday.

Note: All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
