Amber Alert Issued for Mark Leeson of La Marque, Texas

The La Marque, Texas Police Department is searching for a toddler believed to be in grave danger.

2-year-old Mark Leeson is believed to have been abducted by Hailey Richter, 18, and Zikeyas McCullum, 21. They were last seen in a black 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee with Texas license plate FTM1941. 

Mark is described as a white male with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black shirt with a dump truck on it and blue jeans.

His abduction was reported shortly before 2 PM Thursday. Mark's grandmother, who is his legal guardian, told authorities that Richter, the boy's biological mother, assaulted her, then took the boy. McCullum was with Richter at the time of the assault and abduction.

Richter is a white woman, 5'9", weighing around 190 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.

McCullum is a black man, 5'2", weighing around 134 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
