CSNNE.com released a portion of the statement

Through the cooperation of the NFL and New England Patriots' security teams, the FBI and other law enforcement authorities, the Super Bowl LI jersey worn last month by MVP Tom Brady has been recovered. Also retrieved during the ongoing investigation was the jersey Brady wore in the Patriots' victory in Super Bowl XLIX against the Seattle Seahawks in 2015. The items were found in the possession of a credentialed member of the international media," NFL spokesman Brian Mccarthy said. "Due to the ongoing investigation, we would refer any additional questions to the FBI.

It's believed that more details will begin to come out over the course of the week ahead. The name of the person who took Brady's jersey along with exactly how they got away with it is expected to be announced soon.

Of note in the statement was that not only did the FBI locate Brady's missing Super Bowl 51 Jersey, they also located Brady's Super Bowl 49 Jersey that had also been stolen by the same individual, according to CSNNE.Com.
