If you look back over the last decade, Dick's Sporting Goods might have one of the most on-again-off-again policies for the sale of firearms.

A simple YouTube search will show several videos of times when one type of firearm or another has been pulled from their shelves after a mass shooting has made national headlines.

This time the store says they are pulling all assault-style rifles from store shelves. The New York Times is also reporting that the chain will not sell high-capacity magazines to anyone under 21-years of age.

Central Texas locations include Waco and Harker Heights. Both stores are included in the new firearm policy.

Their announcement comes two weeks after the February 14th massacre at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida.
